  • Access to hotel facilities such as bar, restaurant, Skylevel bar/terrace with outstanding cityscape views, gymnasium, pool, Parkade and shop, all on a similar basis to the arrangements made with hotel guests.
  • Access to the use of the hotel’s room service arrangements, on a similar basis to the arrangements made with hotel guests.
  • Use of extensive and varied hotel function and conference facilities on a similar basis to the arrangements made with other users of these facilities.
  • Very good security in the hotel and Parkade.
  • The hotel is 2 minutes from the Gautrain Park Station. We are the only major central Johannesburg / Braamfontein / Parktown hotel that is near the central Johannesburg Gautrain station. So, the hotel proudly calls itself a Gautrain hotel! This offers quick and easy access to OR Tambo airport as well as to Rosebank, Sandton, Midrand and Pretoria.
  • Access to the hotel minibus shuttle bus services, some of which are free, including to Gautrain Park Station.
  • Once a week cleaning, servicing and linen changes included.

Rental charges and T’s and C’s

  • These will be quoted on specific applications from tenants. Rest assured that the rentals will be considerably cheaper than comparable lifestyle accommodation, especially in locations like Sandton and Rosebank.
  • There will be a rental surcharge for apartments on higher floors, and with Northeast, North and Northwest aspects.
  • The lease basis will be that the tenant pays additional specified fixed amounts for the following items:
    • Electricity & Water
    • DSTV & TV Licence
    • Wi-Fi
    • Parking (covered)
    • Selection of daily, rather than weekly, cleaning, servicing and linen changes.
  • The following items will be charged for at the hotel’s normal charge rates:
    • Parking (covered)
    • Room service meals
    • Restaurant and bar expenditure
    • Personal laundry
    • Hotel shuttle bus transport (excepting for certain free local trips).
  • There will be a limitation of 2 residents per apartment in the lease.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • Certain other T’s and C’s apply, and are specified in the lease or elsewhere.

Other possible cost savings to tenants

  • Our proximity to Gautrain Park Station allows our hotel guests to avoid having to own or hire a car – which would generate huge possible savings.
  • We offer free shuttle collection and drop off at the Gautrain Park Station, by arrangement by phone, so hotel guests do not have to walk to and from the station. T’s and C’s apply.
  • The hotel offers free shuttle collection and drop off (by arrangement by phone with hotel concierge or other stipulated hotel official), to many locations within a reasonably short distance of the hotel, at reasonable times.
  • Longer distances and very late/early times will be done for a reasonable fee, by prior arrangement.
  • T’s and C’s apply to all transport requirements.
